Comprehensive Support for Our School Network

The JC GoAI Project is committed to providing multi-layered support to help schools integrate generative AI effectively. Beyond providing exemplar resources, we offer a tailored support designed to build school-based capacity. By combining teacher professional development training with personalized on-site guidance, we empower educators to adapt Gen AI to their unique classroom contexts. Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment where schools can adapt to technological changes with confidence and professional autonomy.

In-School Support

We provide tailored in-school support to assist schools in the practical implementation of AI-integrated teaching. Our team works directly with school panel leaders and teachers to address specific technical or pedagogical challenges, ensuring that the transition to 'AI + Subjects' aligns with the school’s individual development goals. This hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between theory and classroom practice.

Teacher Workshops and Seminars

In addition to our annual professional development trainings structured around the learning and teaching materials we develop, our regular workshops and seminars offer educators an opportunity to acquire practical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in AI education. These sessions focus on, for example, the effective use of generative AI tools, ethical considerations, and innovative teaching strategies. By participating in these professional exchanges, teachers gain the necessary insights to refine their pedagogical approaches.

Peer Facilitators

Our Peer Facilitators are experienced teachers who have successfully integrated AI in real classroom settings. They provide personalized, on-site support by visiting participating schools one by one. During these visits, they work closely with teachers to co-plan lessons, offering fresh perspectives on how AI can make learning more effective. By sharing proven strategies and co-creating lessons, these facilitators help teachers build confidence and discover innovative approaches that enhance both teaching and student engagement.

Peer Coaches

Building a Community of Innovative Educators

Beyond professional development, we are building a Community of Practice (CoP) to support teachers in integrating generative AI into everyday teaching. This network connects educators with experienced peer facilitators and share practical strategies for using AI effectively in the classroom. Over time, we envision a vibrant community of innovative teachers who continuously exchange ideas, showcase best practices, and inspire others, both in Hong Kong and beyond.
